Looking for a swell gig in a fast-paced environment with tons of room for growth? Join the crew at The Fountain on Locust. A Midtown St. Louis icon, The Fountain on Locust is a retro art deco ice cream bar with lunch and dinner service 6 days per week. It's the bees knees. We're looking for friendly folks to join our Front of House squad as hosts, servers, bartenders, or ice cream captains - but not just anyone. Servers, bartenders and general Front of House staff MUST:

  • Have a sense of urgency in service and be willing to move quickly.

  • Be able to "put on a show" as a friendly, theatrical, helpful server/cast member.

  • Be a servant leader who finds JOY in the service of others and in helping their fellow team members.

  • Be excited to deliver WOW moments in service

Our team digs working in a creative & campy atmosphere where with good service, tips can be generous. If you're down to start as a host, we'll teach you top-notch tricks of the trade, paving the way to advanced opportunities.

We want folks who are jazzed about making every guest's experience unforgettable – it's like being a guide to our menu and special space. The cherry on top? You'll get to work with a bunch of cool cats and have a real blast while doing it.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Pay of $15 to $22/hour with tip-out, commensurate with experience

  • Paid time off at 6 months of employment (Accrued time off based on average hours work)
