NOW HIRING: Unit Manager at steve’s meltdown

Steve’s Meltdown inside City Foundry is seeking a passionate and talented individual who loves leading, motivating, and providing top-notch experiences for our customers to join us as our Unit Manager. 

What Does this Role Look Like Day-to-Day?

You will work with purpose, collaborating to create delicious elevated grilled cheese specials and ensuring that ALL recipes remain consistent with our standards. In your capacity as Unit Manager, you will uphold our commitment to service and food quality, and contribute to decisions that drive our business forward. 

What Does a Successful Leader Look Like?

Leaders at Steve’s Meltdown (and all HUSTL Hospitality concepts) MUST be builders of people. They must demonstrate the ability to delegate, to pour their knowledge and skills into their team and to get everyone who works with them to perform at their highest levels.

To excel in this role, you must have a passion for leadership, front and/or back of house experience, and be social, gregarious, and passionate about delivering unforgettable experiences to customers. You should be dependable, detail-oriented, and dedicated. You must also be coachable, trainable, and committed to personal and professional growth alongside the growth of our brand.

Day-to-day, you will lead shifts, set schedules, ensure that our cleanliness, service and food quality standards are met, and you will help us ensure that we are making decisions about expenses and labor that help us meet our profitability goals.  You will help live out our mission - creating unforgettable elevated comfort food and excellent customer experiences.

What are the Pay & Benefits Opportunities?

• $42-45,000/annually - commensurate with experience (Hourly base pay plus tips)

• Full time hours (Weekend availability is required)

• Paid Time Off, after 1 year of employment

• Additional bonus income possible by exceeding targets

• Additional income with promotion within HuSTL Hospitality

Additional benefits include discounts at both Steve's Hot Dogs locations and our sister restaurants The Fountain on Locust and The Fountain on Delmar. You will also be eligible to work at our Steve’s Hot Dogs CityPark, Enterprise, or Dome locations as well as seasonal events for extra income.
