Now Hiring: Catering & Events Supervisor
Position Overview:
HuSTL Hospitality Group is on the lookout for an ambitious and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Catering and Events Sales Supervisor. In this dynamic role, you will drive sales, manage client relationships and event spaces, and oversee catering programs for both The Fountain on Locust and Steve's Hot Dogs restaurants. Responsibilities:
Sales Generation and Client Relationship Management:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue for event spaces and catering services.
Proactively lead, generate, and identify new business opportunities.
Manage and optimize systems to nurture our existing client database.
Collaborate with the marketing team/agency to execute impactful promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Manage client relationships, log relevant information, and track progress within our CRM system.
Conduct phone calls and emails to nurture our client database effectively.
Communicate effectively with clients to comprehend their needs and preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and event planning process.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless execution of events.
Event Space Sales Generation:
Drive sales for The Fountain on Locust's Stardust Room, catering to groups of 30 or less for corporate gatherings, community groups, and family events.
Ensure seamless communication with the kitchen and on-site event point people to convey client expectations and set the team up for delivering excellent customer service.
Catering Program Sales and Oversight:
Generate estimates and invoices within Square for catering clients.
Manage client invoices within EZCater.
Communicate with clients to create accurate estimates and invoices, ensuring they have ample food for their events.
Supervise the catering programs for The Fountain on Locust and Steve's Hot Dogs.
Collaborate closely with the fulfillment team to guarantee timely and precise catering deliveries and orders.

Qualifications:
Sales experience with a track record of success.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Must operate with a sense of urgency.
Must be detail-oriented & growth-oriented.
Must be tech savvy - familiar with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Excel, Microsoft, and easily trainable on new technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Preferred: Experience with catering operations and event planning.

Benefits and Compensation:
Base Salary: $20,000.00
Commission: 5% of Monthly Sales Subtotals (Catering/Event Space initiatives)
15% of Catering Tips of The Fountain on Locust Catering Orders and Steve’s Hot Dogs Catering Orders.
Additional income opportunities from participating in Catering Deliveries and Attendant services.
Additional income opportunities from participating in HuSTL Hospitality Group events (all restaurants).
4 Mental Health Days per year, taken at your discretion, accruing one per quarter. (These do not roll over)
40 Hour of Paid Time Off, which will start accruing immediately, and which can be taken after one year of employment, with the ability to accrue additional time at your anniversary date.
Flexible schedule after the first 90 days of employment, as long as goals are being achieved.
